Certain Sources...

(now there is a sticky wicket)...
(like "some people")...

...or Filters need Filtering.*

But my point of departure is the cutting word.  "Certain" itself is parsed as I have bracketed.
My bottom line or actually my sub-heading(un-Tan-Gent-Ed) was that some people cannot possibly read all that they pass on, but it could be just me. ( update** )  Labels do not do justice, but again that is probably me too.  Bloggers*** should be called something other than journalists, infotainment may be the ticket.  But again my point is that the devil is in the details, sometimes between the lines, and certainly not absolute.  In some cases, not certain, full reads are not required.

BTW:  It was not my intent to cast aspersions on the prior post with my photo.  But it is relevant(bull) and an appropriate image(below) that I cannot even return (1) to all I might like to read (2) or reference. (3)

[This is a bit of a Mitt-Flop from a long story short.  But you learn something everyday.  In my case it is very embarassing, having constucted a home, that yes it is proper to use a stair for a step, as long as you don't trip.  Not to mention where I may have gone if I had had more sports.  But if it is not too late, don't miss the Stairs link.  It covers one of several topics covered at a weekend get together with friends.  Taxes that is.  Not to mention dressage*.  Little did I know that I actually know someone who participates in that sport.]

WOE / Wae

War on Executives:
Romney charges Obama with "real war upon women".
Hides behind women against women.

WOE to woe-men!

Or War Against Evidence:
I am not saying that the Republicans are waging a war on women or that Democrats are not saying it. I am saying there are two questions which I will not answer, who started the war and who started calling it a war? I am also saying that I have not found the evidence in the links attached here, and suggesting that there is a war no matter who calls it a war or who started calling it a war.

I have yet to find who started the claim that there is a war on women. I am not saying that I don't believe that Obama could have used the term*, I just haven't found it.**

* war on women, war against women, war for women...'s votes.

[Google of the Day? Is it an anomaly that Steve Benen on Rachel Maddow Blog is the second hit for the question. "When did..." re-framed as "Has President Obama said there is a war on women?" Third Frame: "Obama talks about war on women." Fourth fishing trip? No War on Women. WOW! ]

Update

Somewhere I may have noted that Herman Cain said he would have a surprise before the South Carolina primaries. I haven't found that reference, but I wonder if this was it.

BTW: I think there is a new Niche for our Cain 'n Able.
Speaking of Updates.
[Forest Gumption: Krugman / Capehart[?] and Trees of Chocolate.
Not to mention Martin Bashir and Heads Examined. Tea Party Nation leader endorses candidate who literally* in his own words, needs his head examined. Who wants anybody to be on food stamps? Certainly not the president. The Gingrich claim that Obama is the "food stamp president" while coming close to being... [1-24-12: I chose to break mid-semantics as to the truth of claims. Judson Philips quote: "if you want someone to be on food stamps you really ought have your head examined" yet Gingrich thinks that is what Obama wants.** If you think the NAACP should demand pay checks not food stamps, what does that make you? That is what Gingrich charged them with.]

or the Un-Try-Pod?

Well, not exactly.

The Un-Pun?

Just in case there is any question, I love humor and a lot of other things.
But this* is serious.

The original inspiration was a missing link, in regards to an article on a potential Fed Stimulus or QE3, which I had printed out and carried around before misplacing(unless I have embedded it somewhere) associated with the Krugman's Bernanke's Perry Problem in the New York Times with the synchronicity triggered by the Brian Morton piece.(a link on the same virtual page) Not that I believe there are any acausal events, especially in** economics, politics or religion.

*not the point but see bold links

In defense of FOX News, a caller to the Stephanie Miller Show, claimed that there was absolutely no mention of President Obama on their home page. That is not correct. He is noted 4 times. And the video and transcript of his announcement about bin Laden are one of those, the second is a generic label for "In The News", the third an All-Star Panel on his emergency response, and the last an expose on "the one" letter difference between Obama and Osama. (Now Six*)

The news broke to me in just the right manner, straight from President Obama on the late night news. But if I had been online... Or a tweeter?

[***] celebrations

[Parting Shot?: Thom Hartmann has Gareth Porter on for some history. The point(Porter's) is that President Bush had no plan or intent to get bin Laden, not necessarily embedded in these links. My point is that Osama bin Laden could have been old news in 2001 but for the grace of Bush. If we had had different Pre-9-11 thinking, we could have had more justice and less tragedy and cost.]

Who's counting?

Not Me, but Day Two?

Looking back..."before a crowd of more than a million people" speaking of correct order. I have pulled this from ThinkProgress.org.

But I would like to propose that given a comment that there was no counting the crowd on Inauguration day, that there never will be a way to definitely exceed but only as reference to future crowds. In that regard let us hope that there never is a more historic crowd, for it might mean we have revisited more troubled times. Yet that in effect might itself be less than optimistic for we must hope to meet and exceed that moment in time.

[Update significantly later: And Fear Knot for fear not. K(not)directly juxtapositioned.]
